650℃ Chamber Type Hot Air Circulate Tempering Furnace

1.Construction

This equipment consists of furnace body (including lining), the oven door and open mechanism, heating element, hot air circulation system,electrical control system and other parts.

1)Furnace body

Steel structure of furnace body frame is made of high quality GB steel and Q235 steel plate welding which all welds structure is firm and reliable, and smooth, without defects such as porosity, inclusion, incomplete fusion, the overall strength is good, not easy deformation, smooth appearance is bright and clean.

2)Furnace lining

A.The refractory layer of furnace lining is made of energy-saving light and high strength refractory clay.

B. There is a 50mm thick fire baffle between the refractory layer and the insulation layer.

C. The insulation layer is filled with aluminum silicate fiber cotton with a thickness of 150mm.

D. The bottom of the furnace is the load-bearing part, the insulation layer is composed of diatomite insulation brick and standard fire-resistant clay brick, and the load-bearing part is made of heavy high-aluminum brick.
