Product Description

Chamber Type Heat Treatment Oven For Industrial Used

 

1.Construction

This equipment consists of furnace body (including lining), the oven door and open mechanism, heating element, electrical control system and other parts.

 

1)furnace body

Steel structure of furnace body frame is made of high quality GB steel and Q235 steel plate welding which all welds structure is firm and reliable, and smooth, without defects such as porosity, inclusion, incomplete fusion, the overall strength is good, not easy deformation, smooth appearance is bright and clean.

2)furnace lining

A.Lining refractory layer adopts energy-saving light and high strength refractory clay masonry.

B.Thermal insulation layer is filled with aluminum silicate fiber cotton,which width is 200mm.

C.With silicon nitride in the hearth baffle in the two side of the furnace chamber to in case the workpiece impact heating element and oxide skin contact heating elements.

D.Bottom for bearing parts, insulation layer using diatomite thermal insulation brick, standard of fireclay brick insulation layer, bearing part adopts heavy high alumina brick.The bed plate adopts CrMnN mid-temperature casting steel.
