1)heating element

The furnace heating elements are all made of shougang original 0Cr25Al5 heat wire as the heating element.This element has good oxidation resistance, plasticity is higher than other heating elements, the use of high temperature, high resistivity, density is small.

The installation of the electric heating element: round into a spiral of heat wire wear in high alumina ceramic roller, distribution in the furnace on both sides.

2)Seal

3)electric control system
