3.introduction of the construction

The equipment is consist of furnace body(including the furnace shell,furnace lining,heating element,muffle tank and the cover of hydraulic efficiency elevation structure),electric and temperature controller and the temperature measurer.

  1)The furnace shell is welded by 5mm A3 steel plate,surrounded with structural steel.The furnace panel is welded by 12mm A3 steel plate which is firm and reliable.Inside and outside wall of the furnace shell backing with iron oxide red phenolic paint, shell evenly with popcorn paint spraying again, making furnace shell to prevent rust.Furnace shell overall pivot frame is firm and reliable, the overall strength is good, not easy deformation, smooth appearance is bright and clean.

2)furnace lining:Lining fiber structure used to choose type high alumina ceramic fiber blanket as heat insulation material, thermal insulation layer thickness of 300 mm.

Made using special equipment to fiber blanket, 230 kg/m3 according to the proportion of the fiber folding, and with a certain amount of compression in the process, to ensure that the folding in the furnace building has been completed, each ceramic fiber expansion in different directions, alternating between the folded piece of crowded into no clearance of whole, achieve good heat insulation effect, and the anchoring piece set in the furnace grim, improves the heat resistance of fiber strength.
