Electrical Heating Stainless Steel Fittings Continuous Bright Annealing Furnace 

 

Material-Specific Applications

A. Stainless Steel (AISI 300/400 Series)

  • Applications: Kitchen sinks, automotive trim, medical instruments.

  • Atmosphere: 75% H₂ + 25% N₂ (for oxide reduction).

  • Cooling: Rapid quenching for austenitic steels (304), slower for ferritic (430).

B. Copper & Brass

  • Applications: Electrical connectors, heat exchangers, decorative parts.

  • Atmosphere: Pure N₂ or N₂ + H₂ (low H₂ to avoid hydrogen embrittlement).

  • Cooling: Controlled to prevent excessive softening.

C. Titanium & Nickel Alloys

  • Applications: Aerospace components, chemical reactors.

  • Atmosphere: High-purity Argon (to prevent contamination).

  • Cooling: Slow cooling for stress relief.
