Continuous bright annealing furnace for stainless steel fittings

 

 

Application:

Continuous bright annealing furnace is Suitable for intermediate annealing of the stainless steel sheet workpiece. It is a continuous production line, Workpiece transport by a conveyor belt through a preheating zone, heating zone, the high temperature zone, the cooling zone to achieve light treatment, the whole process were operating under a protective atmosphere (using ammonia decomposition gas protection). The processed products of high quality, the deformation is small,product surface brightness,suitable for mass production.
